PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY

Technical Assessing are one of the few national adjusting firms with a dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced loss adjusters specialising in public and product liability claims.

Our work encompasses non-litigated and litigated property and bodily injury legal liability matters of complex or significant magnitude being a particular area of focus. Our team is experience in all aspects of a product lifecycle which ensures our clients receive advice from a dedicated team which understands the challenges facing those that make and/or sell and/or import products.

A significant proportion of our work requires settlement of claims where legal advisors have been appointed by third parties, and yet we have successfully settled such claims to the economic benefit of our clients and without the extra expense of legal consultants. We routinely attend informal and formal settlement conferences without our Principals incurring legal expense.

Many of our adjusters have extensive background experience in engineering, surveying, accountancy, risk management and law, who are qualified not only to interpret policy documents, but who also have and a thorough understanding of specific industries.Such include pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, mining, energy, security, cleaners, hospitality, retail and all forms of construction trades (builders, plumbers, electricians, groundworks).
